Fill out the reservation flyer for the treasurer's records. We need the tear off at the bottom mailed back with a check made out to 12th District PTA for $10.00 by June 1st OR you can request an invoice from Square to pay by personal credit card and be reimbursed by your unit.
They must order their tickets online in order to receive the Zoom link for the class. Additional classes may be added later in the summer depending on when we finally hear what school will look like in the fall.
President — June 6th 10:15 AM Suggested for Presidents, Executive Vice Presidents, Parliamentarians, Principals, other board members who need to know how to run a meeting or why things are done the way they are. This is a multi-part class, please plan on attending all portions.
Treasurer/Financial Secretary/Auditor — June 13th 10:15 AM Suggested for Treasurers, Financial Secretaries, Auditors (the 3rd part will go over audit specifics), Presidents, any board members that have financial responsibilities. This is a multi-part class, please plan on attending all portions.
Membership — June 15th at 6:30 PM Suggested for Membership Chairs, Volunteer Coordinators
Secretary/Historian — June 15th at 6:30 PM Suggested for Secretaries, Historians
Reflections — June 16th at 6:30 PM Suggested for Reflections Chairs, Art Chairs
Bylaws/Parliamentarian — June 17th at 6:30 PM Suggested for Parliamentarians, Presidents, and board members who need to know how to run a meeting.
