      My name is Wendy Laufer and I consider it both a pleasure and an honor to be the 12th District PTA's First Vice President, for Programs, for 2007 to 2009. I have been a PTA member for seventeen years, and I have three children - two in college and one in middle school. I am delighted to be involved with the many different programs that 12th District PTA has to offer.
