My name is Randi Dennen and I am your 12th District PTA Membership Chair.
Membership Dues must be submitted to the 12th district treasurer no later than October 15th, 2011.
Ready, Set, Remit Award - in order to be eligible for the new Ready, Set, Remit Award, you must submit at least 30 membershipd to 12th district by October 15th. The Early Bird and Chairman's Awards have been eliminated this year.
In order to be in good standing with the state, you must submit at least 15 memberships prior to November 15th.
Membership envelopes - Each Council has a supply of envelopes. If you need more, councils can contact me for additional envelopes.
Membership cards - each Council has been distributed cards based upon your membership numbers from last year. You can receive additional cards once you have submitted membership dues that exceeds last year's members.
Who can be a PTA member? - Anyone can be a PTA member. Don't forget to ask your principal, teachers, superintendent, schoolboard members, local merchants, grandparents.
When should we promote membership? - The membership campaign should run all year long. There are always new families at the school. Put articles in the monthly newsletters and have a membership table set up at all school events.
