Welcome to the 12th District PTA Membership Page!

Hello, my name is Rose Martins and I am your 12^th District membership chair for the 2007 - 2009 PTA Years. I am here for all Council membership chairpersons and they should contact me if they run out of membership envelopes or cards. My contact info is listed in the 12th District Directory. If you are an Out-Of-Council unit, you should contact Vicki Leung for those supplies. Envelopes cost $20 per thousand and are sold in boxes of 500. Membership cards are free. I will bill you for the envelopes and your checks should be made out to 12^th District PTA and sent to Kim Holden, the 12^th District treasurer.

The 12th District theme is "Connected for Kids". California State and National PTA are using the theme "Membership Makes a Difference". "The mission of the 12th District PTA Board of Managers is to serve, train, strengthen and empower its Councils and Units".
